Keta at Ma and Pa's

Keta was happy living at Ma and Pa's during the time we were there.  However, we needed to find a more suitable place for her while we were out of the country.

Drawing lesson

One of Calvin's projects for church was to teach someone a skill.  So, he taught me how to draw! We had a picture to look at and he gave me some great tips!  I learned that with a lot of patience, pretty much anything is possible.

Fun pics!

I have a bunch of out of order pics from my phone, so I'm putting them all in one post instead of trying to figure out the dates!
Tiffany and my sister's son, Kian.

Fun disney type park by the Sacramento Zoo

Gotta love hotels with pools
My sweetie came through a little before midnight on Valentine's Day!  He took the kids grocery shopping and brought home some flowers.  Love you, hon!

New Year New Year doTERRA class headed up by Shauna Buxton- 27 people in attendance (this pic was before everyone got there).  Way to go, Shauna!

This is the sandwich we bought for the homeless man in Truckee who was digging through the garbage.  After Calvin and I bought the sandwich (Colin was with everyone else at Panda Express) the man was nowhere to be found!  So we found another man who looked homeless, but he didn't want the sandwich.  I went to go teach a doTERRA class, and on the way back to the hotel, Colin and the kids spotted a homeless man, so they gave him the sandwich.  He was so happy and grateful!  It was one of the highlights of our Truckee trip.
I took the triplets to the Discovery Kids Museum while Colin took the older kids geocaching. What a fun place!

I met Avril and her daughter Cloe at the Discovery Museum.  We got into a discussion about African American hair (I've been wanting to find someone to advise me for a long time!), and she had some great tips for me.  She invited the girls and I over the next day to their cabin in Truckee- beautiful place her husband built.  She and I worked on Tameeka's hair and made it so pretty!  Thanks, Avril!
The twins had so much fun with baby Briel Corbridge!  She's the cutest little thing and the girls just loved holding her.
Emily had the magic touch and got Briel to stop crying.
On our way back from CA, we stopped in Auburn to see Megan and Joe Svetz and their beautiful daughters!  So fun to re-connect with friends.

Ty was an excellent helper one day, with labeling my oil bottles.

This was at Ron Wilder's house- evidently he and Colin have something in common. :)

Geocache that looked like gum.  The kids found it on a hunt, shoved up in some bleachers.
