More hiking....this was a doosie but so worth it!

Beautiful hike that just kept going and going!  It was in a little town called Shakaya (totally didn't spell that right but that's how it sounds).

We were all so glad we pushed through and continued to the top!  The view of the lake and volcanoes was absolutely breath-taking!  The pictures hardly capture it, but you can still get an idea of how gorgeous it was.
I'm really not that much taller than everyone....I was just on the highest part of the slope:)

Beautiful hike near our house

We did a 3 hour hike the day that Calvin hiked the huge volcano with the Gregs and Johnsons.  The rest of us didn't feel quite ready yet, so we did a smaller hike.  Still, it took about 3 hours (with lots of stops, starts, and snacks)

Sights like these are very common all throughout Guatemala.  When we got to the bottom of the hike, we saw this man's load.  We tried to pick it up, but it was like a ton of concrete!  Who knew green onions could weigh so much?  I think of the people here as super heros with super human strength!

The twins enjoyed playing with some corn they found at the top of the hike.  They pretended the corn cournels were "gold" pieces.  No need for toys when you have nature!

doTERRA at Mystical Yoga

We love the boat ride over to Mystical Yoga!  We had a fun group of about 15 people who we taught an oil class to, and the Aroma Touch Technique.

Back to the Nature Reserves!

It was fun going back to this fun place!  Maybe the next time we go the T's can go on the zip-line.  We had a great time waiting for everyone else at the big swing area!

Practice run.....

Many people are fascinated with the twins' hair.  This family asked if they could take a few pictures!

New Year's Day

We spent New Year's day buying a pig and trying to get her pregnant.  It was definitely a farm experience to say the least!  Click below  and scroll down to "bought a pig and tried to get her pregnant" and feel free to fast forward the actual "trial and error" portion toward the end.  Most of this post is great video clips of the kids and the fun time we had on the farm!
