Paragliding!

Calvin, Colin, and Greg have embarked upon an adventure.....paragliding!  Calvin has been wanting to learn how to do it for years, and now here we are in Guatemala of all places where they have been taking lessons and having a blast!

Their fearless instructor, Abimanuel
Excited for his first tandem flight!
Here's all the practice they've been doing to get them to the point of being ready for a tandem flight:

Calvin and his instructor, flying into the sun.  It was a successful first flight off a very high cliff!

On our drive back down the hill to the landing site, we had to cross the cool and very high bridge.
Devon stood guard at the hole in the bridge so none of the little kids fell.  Here is his dramatic pose of what could happen if there was no hole-blocker:)
Atlas, waiting at the bottom for his dad, enjoyed making some fake food out of rocks.
Throwing rocks at targets while we waited for Greg to descend down from his flight.
And there he is!  Colin flew the next day and LOVED it!

Youth Clean-up project and dance!

The kids had a blast at their youth clean-up activity.  It was a stake activity and they drove a few hours to get to the town where the activity was.   Calvin wasn't able to go because he was sick, but he felt better later and was able to finish up working on his talk that he gave in Sacrament meeting the next day.  In Spanish of course!

I don't think this woman knew that she was signing "I love you" behind her back:)

Back at the stake center to do some playing in the gym before the dance began.

"Capture the hat" turned out to be a huge hit!

Bailar!

"What, you think I can't dance?"
"Watch my moves! Oh yeah!"
