Randomness

Emily made a killer banana cake with cream cheese frosting!
Sewing future jewelry gift pouches with tipica fabric, and practicing Ketchikel dialect (sp?) with Calvin
Everyone must have been sore from installing stoves:)
Beautiful Lake Atitlan.  I never tire of looking at it!
Boxing for a youth activity!

Xela temple
A group of missionaries and our kids hiked to the waterfall behind our house.  The girl second to the left saw our doTERRA stuff, and told me she worked in customer service for a year before her mission! It was fun to make that connection..we may have even talked on the phone before!
Here we are in Guatemala City, waiting for Colin who was in an appt., and sitting outside close to the temple.  A young man coasted into the church parking lot near us, so the kids helped him push his car.
Marbles and paint blobs.  Fun!
The girls like to cut up old clothes or pieces of fabric, and color them.  Pretty cute paint smock!

Aura, Candi's cute daughter, and Jessica, our great chef!

The girls tried out a ballet class, and really loved it!

We were at the homestead one night and our car would not start!  It was raining and getting dark.  Luckily, the men know about cars, and were able to get it started again.  Calvin learned a thing or two as well.
Our car stalled (again)  in Solola at a gas station, on our way to Guatemala City for Colin's first back therapy appt.  Luckily, our mechanic Diego came up and rescued us with a few new fuses.  Go Diego, go!  The kids found ways to entertain themselves while we waited for him to arrive.  All they need are sticks and mud:)
