We had a great time staying with Tyler and Katie Foote for a few days in LV.
We even got to help decorate their Christmas tree, which was fun because we knew we wouldn't have a tree in Guatemala!

Here we are back in the car, with thousands of miles to go. We almost decided to fly from LV because after researching online, we didn't think they'd let us across the border with a new car whose title was still in the bank's name. Getting the Excursion was a last minute decision, as we realized our semi-gutless van might not make the journey back, especially hauling the trailer behind. We decided to risk it though, pray hard, and hope for the best!
We had a fantastic time camping in the Grand Canyon on our way through AZ!

The view really took our breath away! I knew it was a big canyon, but I had no idea how magnificent it was!
